Returns
Vacation Spas Direct accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Because hot tubs, spas, and large freight items involve specialized handling and logistics, not all products are eligible for return.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unfilled
• The item must be in new, resalable condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• The item must not show signs of installation, electrical connection, water exposure, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Hot tubs or spas that have been installed, filled with water, or connected to power
• Promotional, discounted, clearance, closeout, or sale-priced items
• Items purchased using promo codes, special offers, bundle pricing, or limited-time discounts
• Custom-ordered or made-to-order products
• Final-sale items
• Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, site preparation, or misuse
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Before returning any item, customers must contact Vacation Spas Direct with their order number and a description of the issue. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight charges, unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Any applicable restocking or freight fees will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return conditions outlined above.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate site preparation and product compatibility prior to purchase.
Delivery refusal or failed delivery due to site issues may result in additional fees. Vacation Spas Direct reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements.
